Terms & Conditions
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without prior notice. The placing of an order by a Customer shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms in their entirety. Any subsequent verbal or other method placed orders will also be bound by these terms,
‘Supplier’ means FabFunky Ltd
‘Customer’ means the entity placing an order.
‘Goods’ Means the goods specified in the Order, including any consignment there of which the Supplier is to supply in accordance with the Order.
Trade Account Minimum Order
Opening order minimum €250
Shipping fees €20 per order
Payment
All invoices are issued on a Pro-Forma basis and are due for full immediate payment. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
Payment can be made by:
- We can send you a Paypal invoice which you can pay online using the Paypal system. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to do this.
- With a credit or debit card by phone with us. We accept Mastercard and Visa only. Call us on 01903 240249 from the UK. Or 0044 1903 240249 from overseas.
- By BACS to our bank account. Details will be included on your invoice.
- By cheque to the address on your invoice. Cheques must be in UK sterling. Sorry but we cannot accept cheques in any other currency at this time.
General
Title of Goods supplied by the Supplier does not pass until all outstanding amounts due to the Supplier, for any reasons whatsoever, have been settled in full.
Force Majeure
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel an order or suspend or delay delivery of it without being liable for any loss or damage if supply of the Goods is prevented or delayed by reason of war (whether declared or not), civil strife, riots, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, labour disputes, accidents or any other causes or circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellations
No cancellation of an order by a Customer is accepted by the company unless we receive notification in writing within 7 days of the date of the accepted order.
Shipping
We will provide you with an estimate of your shipping date when your order is confirmed. Whilst we make every effort to deliver Goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. Every effort is made to dispatch complete orders, we reserve the right to send partial deliveries. Please be aware that your Customs may delay shipping. The Customer is responsible for any duties and/or import or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country and associated fees charged by the agent of collection for those fees.
All Goods supplied for destinations outside the United Kingdom are sold ex-works and acceptance by a carrier on behalf of the Customer shall constitute delivery of the Goods, and insurance and risk liability shall pass to the Customer at this point.
Returns
We currently do not operate a sale or return policy. No Goods may be returned without prior consent
Damages/Shortages
Should any Goods be defective then FabFunky Ltd shall at it's option either replace, repair or give a credit for the defective item. All Goods are subject to stock availability. All Claims for damages must be reported to us in writing within 72 hours of receipt.
Online Sales
Retailers with bricks & mortar premises are permitted to sell online via their own wholly owned websites.
Selling on Third Party Platforms and /or online marketplaces
FabFunky Ltd products may not be sold on any third party platforms including online marketplaces. This includes Ebay and Amazon, Facebook and EBid.
Product Photos and Descriptions
We have a selection of images that you are welcome to use on your own website and marketing materials, please contact us to arrange this. We cannot however allow you to use the wording from our own website to describe products. Product descriptions should be your own words whether on your own website or any other

FabFunky, LoopyLolly, DottyDictionary and NauticalNell are trading names of FabFunky Ltd, a registered company trading in the UK. Reg No.8394459

The purchase of a FabFunky Ltd product does not include or imply ownership of the image on the product. Images cannot be reproduced or used without the permission of FabFunky Ltd.
